Deputy responded to a requested welfare check at a residence on 5th Street. All okay.
Deputies assisted with a funeral escort in Giddings.
Complainant requested a Deputy at a residence on CR 326 for the service of a criminal trespass warning.
Complainant reported a theft at a property on CR 117. Deputy responded to investigate.
Motorist called to report concerns of the construction zone at Elm Creek on Hwy 77.
Caller reported a suspicious person on FM 696 East at the County Line. Deputy responded and located a male subject in a tent waiting for the storm to pass.
Deputy stopped out with an ATV on Cushing Dr. in Dime Box.

Deputies assisted with a funeral escort to Doak Springs.
Deputy responded to a burn ban violation on CR 404. Fire extinguished.
Complainant met with a Deputy in Lexington in regard to a fraud case. Report taken.
Caller reported an animal complaint at a property on CR 440. Deputy made contact with the owner.
Complainant reported a suspicious male subject on FM 696 near Sherrill Ln. Deputy located the individual and provided a courtesy transport.

Deputy conducted a requested welfare check at an address on CR 440. All okay.
Deputy responded to CR 219 on a report of a suspicious green car parked on the side of the road. The vehicle was gone upon the arrival of the Deputy.
Deputies attempted to locate a suspect vehicle on SH 21 for an agency assist. Unable to locate.
Deputies conducted a warrant service and transported the male subject to the county line where a Washington County Deputy was waiting.
Caller reported a fight at a residence on CR 441. Deputies arrived and determined the matter was verbal only and one party had left the scene.
Sergeant met with two individuals at the sheriff's office for sex offender check-in requirements.
Deputies assisted GPD in search of suspicious vehicle. Unable to locate.
Deputy assisted at the scene of a minor one vehicle crash in the 3800 block of SH 21.
11/7/2024
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check at a residence on FM 141. All okay.
Deputy spoke with a party in regard to a civil matter at a property on CR 107.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on a resident on FM 141.
Sheriff assisted GPD with a trespasser at property on N. Burleson St.
Deputies assisted GPD with a combative arrestee at the Lee County Jail.
Sergeant met with an individual for sex offender check-in requirement.
Caller reported suspicious circumstances at a property on CR 442. Deputy responded to check the area and found there to be no sign of criminal activity.
Deputies assisted at the scene of a crash on FM 696 after a vehicle struck livestock and caused other vehicles to crash as well. Lexington and Blue VFD responded to assist.
Sergeant met with an individual for sex offender check-in requirement.
Deputies assisted GPD with a disturbance on Industry St.
Deputies assisted GPD with another combative arrestee at the Lee County Jail.
11/8/2024
Complainant met with Deputy at Pct. 4 office to report criminal mischief. Deputy investigated report of damaged mailboxes on CR 403.
Deputy responded to Avenue A on a report of animal cruelty. The Deputy checked on the old horse which had feed and water. No offense.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check at a residence on PR 1339. All okay.
Deputy out for traffic control for volunteers setting up flags on Rockdale St. in Lexington.
Deputies assisted So Bastrop County in searching for a vehicle on FM 696 for a welfare check. The vehicle was located in Bastrop County by BCSO.
Deputy responded to a requested welfare check at an address on 5th St. in Lexington. The Deputy made contact and EMS was summoned for one patient.
Deputy checked on a suspicious vehicle at midnight on Third/Rockdale St. in Lexington. All okay.
Deputies responded to assist at the scene of a crash involving two 18 wheelers on FM 141 near CR 122.
11/9/2024
Captain and Deputy assisted with traffic control at Fun Run on CR 205.
Deputy assisted with traffic control for oversized load traveling on FM 696.
Deputy assisted with traffic control for wrecker hauling 18 wheeler on FM 141.
Complainant requested a Deputy at a residence in the 7100 block of Hwy 77 North for a female subject that is trespassing. Deputy responded and the subject was given a courtesy transport.
Complainant reported an assault at a residence on CR 111. Deputies responded to the scene and one female was arrested and transported to the Lee County Jail.
Deputy responded to a reported suspicious vehicle on Drewry Ln. The vehicle was gone upon arrival.
Caller reported suspicious persons with flashlights at an abandoned property on CR 223. Deputy responded to the location but was unable to locate anyone.
Sergeant conducted a traffic stop on E. Austin St. at 11:00pm, and upon further investigation, one female was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Lee County Jail.
Deputy responded to a noise complaint in the 1900 block of FM 2239.
Caller reported a suspicious vehicle driving down CR 318 with spotlights. Deputy located the vehicle and made contact with the occupants. No offense.
11/10/2024
Deputy and JP Precinct 3 responded to an inquest at a residence on FM 1624.
Deputies conducted warrant service at an address on CR 329. One suspect was located, arrested, and transported to the Lee County Jail.
Deputies responded to a residence on Hwy 290 East to assist EMS on a medical call involving a child.
Caller requested assistance with catching a snake in a house on East SH 21. A Deputy and Game Warden were enroute to assist.
SO Bastrop County transferred a 911 call of a rolling disturbance on Hwy 290 West. Lee County Dispatch made contact with the female caller who advised that the male exited the vehicle and she was not stopping to make a report.
Caller requested that a Deputy make a death notification. Deputy responded to an address on Westwood Lane and made the notification.
Passing motorist reported a young child with a bike on the shoulder of Hwy 77 at the Lexington city limits after dark. Deputy checked the area but was unable to locate.
For this reporting period, Deputies made 107 traffic stops, 41 security patrols, and 22 loose livestock calls.
