10/7/2024

Deputy responded to an address on CR 107 in regard to criminal trespass. Criminal Trespass Warning to be issued to individual.

Deputy responded to an address on CR 107 in regard to harassment/criminal trespass. Criminal Trespass Warning issued.

Male subject with outstanding warrant surrendered himself at the Lee County Jail. Deputy completed book-in.

Deputy responded to an address on Deer Valley Dr. in regard to a disturbance involving a juvenile. Information forwarded to Juvenile Probation after peace restored.

Deputy assisted a motorist in the 8900 block of Hwy 77 North with a vehicle unlock.

Deputy assisted with traffic control for a stranded school bus on Hwy 290 until a wrecker could arrive.

Deputy assisted with traffic control on FM 448 for a wrecker loading a large truck.

Deputy spoke with a caller in regard to options in handling juvenile matter. Referral made.

 

10/8/2024

Deputies responded to assist with major crash scene on SH 21 in Manheim. Crash report taken by DPS.

Deputies took information in regard to two damaged mailboxes on CR 223.

Deputy conducted a requested welfare check at a residence on CR 133, all okay.

Deputy assisted a stranded motorist with a tire change at a convenience store in Old Dime Box.

 

10/9/2024

Complainant made a report of loose dogs on CR 232. Deputy responded to speak with the owner.

Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on FM 141.

Deputy responded to a burn ban violation on FM 696 East.

Deputies and Constable Pct. 2 assisted GPD with a combative subject at a disturbance on W. Austin St. One male suspect secured in the Lee County Jail.

Complainant requested to speak with a Deputy for an information only report at a residence on CR B.

Deputy responded with VFD to burn ban violation on FM 180/CR 127.

Sergeant completed a sex offender compliance registry check.

Sergeant checked on an abandoned vehicle parked at FM 141/FM 1697.

Sergeant completed a sex offender compliance registry check.

 

10/10/2024

Deputies responded to a disturbance at an address on Deer Valley Dr. The matter was determined to be a crisis intervention and referral was made for proper resources.

Deputy responded to property on Hwy 290 West in regard to a report of animal cruelty.

Deputy completed a requested welfare check at a residence on Hwy 77 North, all okay.

Deputy responded to a report of a burn ban violation on SH 21 East.

 

10/11/2024

Deputy spoke with a caller in regard to a civil matter.

Deputies assisted GPD with a disturbance on N. Harris St.

Deputy responded to a burglar alarm at a business building on Hwy 77 North. One door was found unsecured and Deputies searched but did not locate any evidence of suspicious activity.

Deputy met with two parties in regard to criminal trespass at a property on CR 454.

Deputies responded to Train vs. 18 wheeler crash at CR 424 in Dime Box.

 

10/12/2024

Deputy responded to a reported burn ban violation on FM 696 East.

While conducting a security check at a business in Lexington, a Deputy was flagged down and a theft was reported. The Deputy located the suspect, made a traffic stop, and an arrest was made subsequent to the investigation. One female was secured in the Lee County Jail.

Deputy spoke with a complainant in regard to phone harassment.

Deputy responded to an address on CR 133 in regard to an assault investigation.

Deputy responded to an address on Giddings St. after a complainant reported hearing someone. Deputy searched the area but did not locate any suspicious persons or activity.

 

10/13/2024

Deputy assisted GPD with a disturbance on Globe Hill Rd.

Complainant reported juveniles driving an ATV on Meadow Run Dr. Deputy patrolled the area, however the ATV was gone upon arrival.

Sergeant responded to meet with a complainant at an address on CR 307 in regard to a theft investigation. It was reported that a known individual committed the theft.

Deputy responded to conduct a requested welfare check at an address on CR 233.

Deputy responded to an address on CR 309 to serve a Criminal Trespass Warning.

Caller requested a Deputy to an address on CR 309 to investigate an assault.

Deputy investigated a minor crash on E. Austin St. due to GPD units busy on other calls for service.

Deputy spoke with two parties on CR 414 in regard to a civil matter.

Deputy removed a round bale from the roadway on FM 141. TxDOT arrived to clear the remaining hay.

Complainant called to follow up with Deputy in regard to trespasser on property on CR 107.

Deputy responded to Willow Creek Dr. in regard to burn ban violation.

Deputy responded to 5000 block of N. Hwy 77 in regard to burn ban violation.

Complainant requested a Deputy to an address on CR 111 in regard to a noise disturbance. Deputy made contact with the involved parties. Deputy back in service with voluntary compliance.

 

Deputies made 102 traffic stops, 59 security checks, and responded to 20 animal complaints for this reporting period.
