Dec. 22, 2024
Deputy made a traffic stop on SH 21 and the driver was arrested for an out-of-county warrant.
Deputy made a traffic stop on Hwy 77 and the driver was arrested for DWI.
Complainant reported a theft on CR 213. Deputy responded to investigate.
Complainant reported noise complaint/gunfire on CR 306. Deputy patrolled the area.
Deputies responded to the Lee County Jail to assist with a disruptive inmate.
Complainant reported a theft of service. Deputy responded to investigate.
Sergeant investigated a minor crash in the 2100 block of FM 448.
Motorist reported a suspicious male subject on CR 309. Deputy located and identified the individual and provided a courtesy ride.
Complainant reported trespassing and spotlights at private property on CR 114. Deputies searched the property but did not locate anyone.
Deputy made a traffic stop on Hwy 290 East and the driver was arrested for Driving While License Invalid.
Deputy made a traffic stop at Highway 77/CR 417 and the driver was arrested.
Deputy made a traffic stop on Hwy 290 West and the driver was arrested for Possession of Marihuana.
Dec. 23, 2024
Deputy responded to assist a stranded motorist at Hwy 290 East/FM 180.
Deputies were summoned to an apartment on Westwood Lane for a report of a male and female that could be heard fighting. Deputies arrived and the parties were separated with no offense found.
Deputy assisted with a reported stolen vehicle out of Bastrop County on FM 696 West.
Male subject was arrested by Deputies in the LCSO lobby on local warrant.
Deputy responded to the 9100 block of Hwy 77 North in regard to a male subject refusing to leave. The matter was deemed to be civil in nature.
Sergeant conducted a sex offender registry compliance check.
Deputy responded to CR 441 on a reported noise complaint. There was no violation found.

Deputy responded to Hwy 290 West to assist an individual in crisis.
Dec. 24, 2024
Deputy assisted EMS at a residence on CR F, where aggressive dogs were hindering the medic's ability to assist the victim.
Deputy assisted with traffic control for a stranded motorist on SH 21 for a tire change.
Caller reported damage to a neighbor's mailbox on CR C. Deputy took information.
Caller reported a squirrel that was electrocuted causing a disruption to Lexington electricity. Dispatch contacted the City of Lexington.
Sergeant conducted a sex offender registry compliance check.
Complainant reported a verbal disturbance between father/son and they were driving to their address in Giddings. GPD handled the matter.
Complainant reported noise complaint on Westwood Lane. Deputy responded but did not locate any loud music.
Complainant reported noise complaint on CR 111. Deputy responded but did not locate any loud music.
Caller reported two suspicious vehicles parked on private property on Bowers St. in Dime Box. Sergeant located and identified the vehicles.
While on patrol, Deputy located high water on CR 115. Pct. 1 Commissioner notified.
Dec. 25, 2024
Deputy met with residents on CR 111 in reference to previous report of noise violation. Deputy spoke with parties responsible for fireworks and loud music.
Deputy assisted GPD with a 911 hang-up call on E. Industry St.
Deputy checked on a reported suspicious vehicle parked off of FM 141.
Deputy responded to CR 425 for a smoke investigation. Subject was warned about the smoke causing a hazard on the county roadway.
Deputy responded to CR F to assist Adult Protective Services.
Deputy responded to CR 411 for a minor crash involving a vehicle vs. hog.
Caller requested a welfare check on a male subject walking too close to the roadway on Hwy 77 North. Deputy located the individual and provided a courtesy ride.
Complainant reported a suspicious vehicle spotlighting on CR 324. Deputy and Game Warden located the vehicle and issued a citation.
Dec. 26, 2024
Deputy assisted a driver with a vehicle unlock on North Main St.
Deputy spoke with a resident on CR 430 in regard to internet scams.
Deputies transported an inmate to Houston for medical appointment.
Complainant requested to speak with Deputy in regard to issue with neighbor.
Motorist reported suspicious males in the 1700 block of CR 226. Deputy confirmed they had permission to be on the property working.
Caller reported a truck in the bottom of the dry creek on CR 411. LPD and Deputy responded to assist DPS.
Complainant requested a Deputy response for their child's behavior. Deputy spoke with the caller.
Deputy made a traffic stop on FM 2239 and issued a citation for speeding 83/60 mph zone.
Deputy responded to Harry St. to assist citizen with a vehicle unlock.
Dec. 27, 2024
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Hwy 77 North.
Deputy assisted GPD with a report of a male subject attempting to break into a residence on N. Waco St. The suspect was located by the Deputy and turned over to Giddings Police.
Deputy responded to a residence on CR F to assist EMS.
Complainant requested a Deputy for the issuance of criminal trespass warnings to two subjects at a business in the 4000 block of SH 21.
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Hwy 77 North in Lexington.
Deputy assisted a motorist with a vehicle unlock on San Marcos St.
Deputy met with a complainant at the LCSO in regard to a stolen vehicle on CR 108.
Deputy conducted a requested welfare check on a subject at a residence on CR 302.
Deputies responded to a verbal family disturbance on CR 114. Deputies arrived and parties were separated and a CTW was issued.
Deputies responded to a residence on FM 180, where the complainant reported unknown persons played on prank on their grandson. Parties did not wish to file charges.
Deputies assisted GPD with a disturbance in the alley in the 100 block of W. Austin St.

Deputy assisted motorist with a vehicle unlock at 1700 W. Austin St.
Deputies responded to a one vehicle crash in the 4100 block of Hwy 77 North.
Deputies responded to an address on CR F to assist EMS on a medical call.
Deputies assisted EMS with a medical call on SH 21.
Complainant reported a noise complaint on Deerwood Dr. Deputy patrolled the area but was unable to locate loud music.
Complainant reported a male subject passed out in a vehicle in the 1900 block of SH 21. Deputy and Trooper arrived at the location and the subject was placed under arrest.
Complainant reported a noise complaint on CR 311. Deputy made contact with the parties and found no violations.
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Hwy 290 East.
Deputy made a traffic stop and issued a citation to a driver for speeding 83/60 mph zone on FM 448.
Dec. 29, 2024
Deputy removed an animal carcass from roadway at Hwy 77/CR 114.
Deputy removed roadway debris on SH 21 in Old Dime Box.
Deputy assisted a motorist with a vehicle unlock on San Antonio St.
Deputy removed debris from roadway on Hwy 77 in Tanglewood.
Deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Hwy 77 in Lexington.
Complainant reported that two female subjects are arguing at the apartment complex on Westwood Lane. Deputy responded and advised that the parties were separated.
Motorist reported an injured deer on CR 116. Deputy responded to dispatch the animal.
Complainant reported a missing person in Milam County and requested Lee County Deputies check certain areas that individual frequents. Deputies were unable to locate, however the individual was later located in Fayette County.
Deputies initiated 93 traffic enforcement stops, made 30 security checks, and responded to 21 animal/loose livestock calls.
